I’ve been a working mom for 11 years.

And I used to feel like I was drowning in the mental load of it all. 

I was the primary parent (which I love!) and I loved my life.

But I was an overwhelmed, overstimulated shell of myself just doing everything in survival mode.

I thought, "this is just mom life.”  But it wasn’t.

Once I found the right support, I realized it wasn’t actually being a mom that was making me so overwhelmed…

It was that I didn't have the space to carry everything I was holding in my mind.

I learned how to create boundaries, regulate my emotions, and put intentional systems around the invisible mental tabs that never close.

It was life changing.

WHAT FORMAT IS THE INSTRUCTION?

The program is delivered through audio only lessons, so you can pop in your headphones and integrate on the go. You won’t need to sit down at a computer. The audio lessons are designed to be short and manageable, with your real life in mind. 

 

WHAT TOPICS ARE ADDRESSED IN THE PROGRAM?

Inside The Intentional Mom Circle, the program walks you through uncovering your identity as a mom, identifying the barriers blocking you from showing up the way you really want to, and how to move through your days with intention and alignment with how you actually want to parent. We also address other related topics that are coming up in your day-to-day life. 

 

WHAT CAN I EXPECT ON THE LIVE CALLS?

The live calls will open with a lesson on a topic in connection with the audio lessons, then move into real conversations and hot seat (some individualized) coaching to address what’s coming up for you in your day-to-day experience of motherhood. Occasionally, I’ll invite guest experts to support and expand our experience of intentional parenting and mindful living.

 

WHAT CAN I EXPECT OUT OF THE SLACK COMMUNITY?

The Slack channel is where you’ll receive hands-on support in between calls throughout Monday-Friday. Ask questions, receive audio drops from Renee, and access a community of like-minded moms going through the same things. The Slack circle is built into the program to ensure you feel supported and guided throughout your entire experience.
 

HOW IS YOUR COACHING APPROACH DIFFERENT THAN THERAPY?

While therapy focuses on the past, coaching focuses primarily on your present experience and your future self. I’m a big believer in intentional parenting and reframing our own experience of motherhood.  

 

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE THE LIVE CALLS? 

The calls will be recorded so if you can’t make one, you can always listen on your own time (even when you're driving to work, doing laundry, or on the go!)

 

I WORK FULL TIME. CAN I FIT THIS PROGRAM INTO MY BUSY SCHEDULE?

The core program is self-paced. IMC is made intentionally for moms who are busy, on the go, and don’t have a lot of extra time. You'll ideally want to make space (about an hour) for the live calls when you can, as that's where personalized coaching, hands-on accountability, and real-time integration happens. You are encouraged to simply show up as you are, from wherever you are. 

 

ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?

Yes! You can choose either to pay the full program amount up front for $1500, or pay in 6 monthly installments of $250. 

 

DOES THE PROGRAM CLOSE ON A CERTAIN DATE?

The Intentional Mom Circle never closes. It is designed so you can join at any time, and your six months of access begins when you join.
